The company’s claim management system aims to automate and streamline the claims administration process for healthcare systems, an event in the revenue cycle which traditionally requires a great number of manual interactions. Through automation and configurability, OneShield believes their product may help reduce administrative expenses for hospitals.
The system offers financial transaction management for reserves, payments and recoveries, automated low-touch processing through configurable business rules, and business intelligence reporting and analytics.
