Glendale, Ariz.-based Abrazo Arrowhead Campus has begun construction on a $14 million expansion of its neonatal intensive care unit, local radio station KTAR reported Jan. 19.
The project will expand the unit from 21 to 35 beds and increase the size of the unit by 8,500 square feet.
Construction is slated to finish by the end of 2023.
