- All ProMedica Cancer Institute Radiation Oncology centers received full accreditation with zero deficiencies from the American College of Radiology.
- The Commission on Cancer, a quality program of the American College of Surgeons, granted a three-year accreditation to Newburyport, Mass.-based Anna Jaques Cancer Center, which is affiliated with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
- The National Comprehensive Cancer Network named the University of Chicago Medicine Comprehensive Cancer Center its newest member institution.
- Des Moines, Iowa-based MercyOne Richard Deming Cancer Center earned a three-year accreditation from the National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer, a quality program of the American College of Surgeons.
- Los Angeles-based City of Hope's comprehensive cancer center has received the highest rating possible — "exceptional" — from the National Cancer Institute.
