In a recent press release VMG Health has announced Chamira Jayamanne as Managing Director of the Financial Due Diligence Division in the Dallas office.

Jayamanne has over 13 years of experience in public accounting, conducting accounting and financial due diligence and post-merger integration services. His experience includes buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, financial reporting for spin-offs and carve-out financial statements.
Prior to joining VMG Health, Chamira worked as a Senior Manager in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s M&A Transaction Services practice focusing on the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Chamira received a Master’s in Accountancy from University of Mississippi. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the states of Tennessee and Arizona and is a member of AICPA.
