24 female execs who were promoted in 2022

The following executive promotions made by women have been reported by Becker's this year.

1. Keri Eisenbeis was promoted to senior vice president of corporate relations and chief of staff for the CEO at Clearwater, Fla.-based BayCare Health System.

2. Lacey Carter, MSN, was promoted to chief nursing officer at Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains, Mo., after being executive director of nursing at the organization.

3. Tory Shepherd was promoted to CEO of Rutherfordton, N.C.-based Rutherford Regional Health System after serving as the role's interim leader. 

4. Sunitha Reddy was promoted to chief revenue officer with Ontario, Calif.-based Prime Healthcare.

5. Melinda Hancock was promoted at Norfolk, Va.-based Sentara Healthcare from senior corporate vice president to executive vice president.

6. Shannon Murphy was promoted to chief of staff to the president and CEO of Sentara Healthcare.

7. Kim Kaas was promoted to vice president for operations-population health at Cincinatti Children's.

8. Alesia Coe, DNP, RN, was promoted to vice president of adult inpatient services and associate chief nursing officer at the University of Chicago Medicine.

9. Julie Morton, BSN, RN, was promoted to include the COO title in her role as chief nursing officer of Dunkirk, N.Y.-based Brooks-TLC Hospital System.

10. Donna Boehm, RN, was promoted to chief nursing officer at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.

11. Katie Duffy, PharmD, was promoted to vice president of operations for Erlanger Health System in Chattanooga, Tenn.

12. Paula Menkosky was promoted to the role of enterprise chief human resources officer at Mayo Clinic in Arizona.

13. Allison Bosse was promoted to administrator and CEO of Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women and the Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children's Hospital, both part of Memphis, Tenn.-based Baptist Memorial Health Care.

14. Caryn Esten was promoted to senior vice president and chief strategy and transformation officer of Milwaukee-based Froedtert health.

15. Connie Martin was promoted to president and chief administrative officer of Fort Loudoun Medical Center in Lenoir City, Tenn., part of Covenant Health.

16. Tina Comissiong was promoted to the position of CEO of Schneider Regional Medical Center in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.

17. Sara Criger was promoted to lead acute care services for Minneapolis-based Alina Health.

18. Hermelina Zabala, MSN, was promoted to senior vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer at St. John's Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, N.Y., from her previous role as assistant vice president of quality assurance and nursing operations.

19. Terri Church, BSN, was promoted to vice president and COO for Dignity Health Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield, Calif., after serving as vice president and chief nursing officer at the hospital.

20. Lisa Dolan, MSN, RN, was promoted to chief nursing officer for Nashville, Tenn.-based Ardent Health Services after serving as the organization's vice president of clinical outcomes.

21. Amy Fallon, PhD, was promoted to senior vice president of operations for Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock after serving as vice president of facilities and support services at the organization.

22. Erin Keister, MSN, RN, was promoted to chief nurse executive for HCA Healthcare Capital Division in Richmond, Va., after serving in multiple leadership roles at the organization.

23. Kim McDowell, MSN, was promoted to chief clinical officer at Juneau, Alaska-based Bartlett Regional Hospital after serving as emergency department director and chief nursing officer for the hospital.

24. Latonya Brown was promoted to CFO for UNC Hospitals after serving as vice president of finance for the Chapel Hill, N.C.-based organization.
