New York City-based William F. Ryan Community Health Network, a federally qualified health center, appointed Michael Fagan senior director of external affairs.
Mr. Fagan most recently ran a public affairs consultancy. His prior experience includes serving as deputy commissioner in the communications and community affairs division at New York City's Administration for Children's Services in Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg's Administration as well as vice president of public affairs at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers in New York City.
In his new role, Mr. Fagan will oversee communications strategy, media relations, marketing and government relations.
William F. Ryan Community Health Network comprises six primary service sites, seven school-based health centers, five community residence sites and a mobile medical van.
