David Nicely has been named vice president and CEO for the Washington County (Tenn.) hospitals of Mountain States Health Alliance.
The hospitals in Washington County include Franklin Woods Community Hospital and Johnson City Medical Center, both in Johnson City. Mr. Nicely joined MSHA in 2008 as CEO of North Side Hospital and Johnson City Specialty Hospital, also in Johnson City.
