Jimmy Robertson, CEO of Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia, Mo., resigned, according to a Sedalia Democrat report.

1. A statement obtained by the Sedalia Democrat notes that the health center and Mr. Robertson "recently reached a separation agreement and began the search for his replacement."
2. Mr. Robertson became CEO of the health center around three years ago.
3. Prior to that, he was Bothwell Regional's CFO.
4. Rose McMullin, the health center's chief nursing officer, has taken over as interim CEO.
5. She has worked at Bothwell Regional for 37 years, serving as CNO since 2015.
