Health & Parenting creates apps to guide expectant and new parents through pregnancy and parenthood. Philips will integrate Health & Parenting's apps into the company's uGrow digital parenting platform, which provides users with personalized feedback based on data from connected Philips' devices, like baby monitors and thermometers.
