Affidea, a European imaging and diagnostics group, has announced a partnership with Incepto, a radiology-focused healthcare technology company.
Affidea will use Incepto's artificial intelligence platform in 14 Portuguese care centers.
The Incepto platform provides AI-based imaging solutions across a variety of specialties to improve detection and accuracy and decrease the time to diagnosis. Affidea will use four of Incepto's AI solutions in the fields of oncology, neurology and breast specialties, according to a July 12 press release.
After the platform is established in its Portugal centers, Affidea plans to roll out the Incepto platform to other facilities across Europe.
