Patient Experience institute opens registration for certification exam

The Patient Experience Institute has opened registration for its first-ever Certified Patient Experience Professional Certification exam.

CPXP certification will designate healthcare professionals or other individuals around the world who work to influence systems, processes and behaviors to cultivate consistently positive experiences for patients and families across the care continuum.

In developing the certification program, the PXI followed a rigorous and standardized process and paid heed to the voices of The Beryl Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the patient experience and PXI's sister organization.

The first CPXP certification exam will be held in December. Those interested in applying or learning more can do so here.
