CMS, in partnership with the Medicare FFS Program, will be launching National 5010 Testing Week from Aug. 22-Aug. 26, according to a WPS Medicare news release.
National 5010 Testing Week allows trading partners to test Version 5010 compliance efforts as well as seek out real-time help desk support and direct and immediate access to Medicare administrative contractors. Medicare fee-for-service trading partners can contact their Medicare administrative contractors to facilitate testing.
The deadline for 5010 compliance is Jan. 1, 2012.
