1. Judy Aliquo, president and CEO of Beebe Medical Foundation, is retiring in December.
2. Wyoming County Community Health System in Warsaw, N.Y., appointed Connie Almeter, RN, chief nursing officer, a newly created role.
3. The Medical College of Wisconsin and Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee have appointed Mitchell R. Beckman to serve as vice president and chief development officer.
4. Vancouver, Wash.-based PeaceHealth has tapped John Bennett to serve as chief executive of ambulatory services.
5. East Lansing-based Michigan State University Health Care has selected Seth Ciabotti to serve as CEO.
6. Adventist HealthCare's Shady Grove Medical Center in Rockville, Md., named Dan Cochran president.
7. Bob Connors, MD, president of Spectrum Health's Helen DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids, Mich., plans to retire Jan. 3, 2020.
8. New York City-based Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center named Lisa M. DeAngelis, MD, physician-in-chief and CMO.
9. Junction City, Kan.-based Geary Community Hospital's CFO Steve Doherty stepped down.
10. Maywood, Ill.-based Loyola Medicine appointed Elizabeth Early regional vice president of professional and support services.
11. Tewksbury, Mass.-based Covenant Health named Stephen Forney senior vice president and CFO.
12. Maywood, Ill.-based Loyola Medicine has selected Richard K. Freeman, MD, to serve as regional chief clinical officer, a newly created role.
13. Dennis Jack, CEO of Wilbarger General Hospital in Vernon, Texas, resigned after six months.
14. San Antonio Regional Hospital in Upland, Calif., fired President and CEO Harris Koenig.
15. Urbana, Ill.-based Carle health system appointed Matthew Kolb executive vice president and system COO.

17. North Shore Medical Center in Miami named Jessica Miller CNO.
18. Long Beach, Calif.-based St. Mary Medical Center has selected Michael Neils to serve as chief philanthropy officer.
19. Twin County Regional Healthcare in Galax, Va., has selected Greg Pearson to serve as CEO.
20. HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, Ill., has tapped Regina Peterson, DNP, RN, to serve as chief nursing officer.
21. Grand Forks, N.D.-based Altru Health System named Reed E. Reyman executive vice president of regional development.
22. Ascension's Saint Thomas Health in Nashville, Tenn., has appointed Nicole Schlechter, MD, PhD, the new CMO for Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville.
23. Geary Community Hospital's CEO Joe Stratton stepped down.
