Dr. Walker, who assumed the role last month, has been practicing general surgery at Brigham City Community Hospital since 2017. He previously practiced in Pullman, Wash., for nine years. The U.S. Air Force veteran was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal.
Dr. Walker is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
