He most recently served as COO of Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills (Calif.) Medical Center. He also has held several other leadership roles at Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente, including interim regional vice president and COO of the Colorado Region and regional executive of support services.
Mr. Trogman holds a master’s degree in health administration from the Los Angeles-based California State University, Northridge and has completed a leadership program at Boston-based Harvard Business School.
