Ms. Vilt assumed the role Sept. 1, prior to which she was vice president of finance for Riverside Healthcare. She has worked at the organization since 1995 and has served as its chief compliance officer.
She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and was president of its first Illinois chapter. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American College of Healthcare Executives.
In her new role, Ms. Vilt will oversee finance and general accounting for Riverside Healthcare.
