Mr. Beckman most recently served as assistant vice president of the University of Iowa’s Center for Advancement at the university’s Carver College of Medicine and hospitals and clinics in Iowa City. He designed and deployed its healthcare grateful patient philanthropy program, which raises more than $50 million annually.
He has more than 20 years of experience in university advancement/development and began his career in 1999 with the University of Wisconsin Foundation.
In his new role at Medical College of Wisconsin and Froedtert Hospital, Mr. Beckman will create and oversee fundraising campaigns and philanthropic initiatives.
