CEO Joe Stratton, who took the helm in January 2013, and CFO Steve Doherty resigned amid efforts to finalize an agreement with Community Hospital Consulting, the management and consulting arm of Community Hospital Corp., in Plano, Texas.

Per the agreement, Community Hospital Consulting will provide management services for the hospital for one year. The agreement, beginning around Oct. 1, would replace a support services agreement between the consulting firm and the hospital that has been in place since May 1.

Emily Emery-Shea, who is controller of the hospital per her LinkedIn profile, will become the interim CFO. It is unclear if the hospital named an interim replacement for its CEO.
