Dr. Stratton is currently the CEO of Kit Carson County Health Service District in Burlington, Colo., and has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare. He is replacing David Bradley, who retired from the CEO role on Sept. 1. Alice Jenson, JD, RN, COO of Geary Community Hospital, has been serving as interim CEO.
Dr. Stratton received a doctorate of business administration and management from California Southern University in Irvine.
