Healthcare data analytics companies Real Time Medical Systems and Lightbeam Health Solutions are partnering to provide healthcare organizations with data analytics and live data.
Real Time Medical's portfolio of services will be available on the Lightbeam Health marketplace as part of the partnership. The partnership will focus on providing data on post-acute patients to improve post-acute care, according to a Sept. 6 Real Time news release.
"We are excited to partner with Real Time to deliver a solution that enables our clients to further enhance their value-based programs by improving care transitions and reducing avoidable readmissions," said Patrick Burton, vice president of business development at Lightbeam. "The goal of Lightbeam's integrated approach is to promote the healthy, long-term outcomes for at-risk populations, and we are happy to have Real Time on board."
