New York City-based Morris Heights Health Center has partnered with medtech company Garage to install its population health management platform.
The health center will use Garage's Bridge platform to manage population health insights for its 50,000 patients. The partnership aims to lower the costs of and improve patient care and provide a sustainable service model and equitable care access, according to a Dec. 2 Garage news release.
