11 hospitals with highest percent of patients reporting physicians didn't respect them

The following U.S. hospitals had the highest percentage of patients unhappy with the manner in which physicians interacted with them, according to the most recent HCAHPS scores.  

At least 12 percent of patients at these 11 hospitals said their physician "sometimes" or "never"  treated them with courtesy and respect.

The figures are from CMS' Hospital Compare website and represent HCAHPS scores collected from April 2018 through March 2019.

Note: Hospitals with fewer than 100 completed surveys were excluded from this list.
