1. Walterboro, S.C.-based Colleton Medical Center CEO Brad Griffin is departing, effective Jan. 1, 2017.

2. TriHealth named Andrew DeVoe permanent CFO.

3. Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based Adventist Health System named Terry Shaw president and CEO, effective immediately.

4. Umpqua Community Health Center, a private nonprofit facility, in Roseburg, Ore., appointed Karl Bolton CEO.

5. ThedaCare Medical Center-Shawano (Wis.) CEO Dorothy Erdmann is retiring, effective Dec. 16, 2016.

6. Laconia, N.H.-based LRGHealthcare named Patti Strohla, RN, CNO.

7. Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, Md., selected Kelly Corbi to serve in the newly created position of COO.

8. Shands Live Oak (Fla.) Regional Medical Center CEO Bayode Omosaiye resigned.

9. Cortez, Colo.-based Southwest Health System tapped Karen Pasquin, RN, to serve as CNO.

10. Sinai Hospital, based in Baltimore, announced its President Amy Perry is departing, effective Jan. 20, 2017.

11. Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger Health System named Anthony Aquilina, DO, regional president and Ronald Beer chief administrative officer for Geisinger Northeast.

12. Carlton J. Rule, MD, CEO of O'Connor Hospital in Delhi, N.Y., and Tri-Town Regional Hospital in Sidney, N.Y.

13. Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente named Bechara Choucair, MD, its first chief community health officer.

14. Chicago-based Rush University Medical Center appointed Shafiq Rab, MD, senior vice president and CIO, effective Jan. 9, 2017.

15. Lansing-based Michigan Veteran Health System appointed Brad Slagle interim CEO.

16. Fishermen's Community Hospital in Marathon, Fla., selected David Faulkner to serve as interim CEO.

17. Richmond-based Hospital Corporation of America Virginia named Zach McCluskey CEO of Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, effective Dec. 19, 2016.

18. Stanford (Calif.) Health Care named David D. Jones chief human resources officer, effective Jan. 3, 2017.

19. Orlando-based Florida Hospital tapped Robin McGuinness, DNP, MSN, to serve as chief clinical officer of the Florida Hospital West Florida Region, effective Dec. 12, 2016.

20. Lubbock, Texas-based Covenant Health named Brian D. Schroeder, MD, CMO of Covenant Medical Center as well as vice president for medical affairs at Covenant Women's and Children's, both based in Lubbock.

21. President and CEO of Lebanon, N.H.-based Dartmouth-Hitchcock and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health James Weinstein, DO, will retire at the end of his term in June 2017.
