1. Mr. Jones currently serves as vice president of human resources for Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente’s health information technology organization.

2. Mr. Jones’ previous roles include vice president of organization and leadership effectiveness at San Francisco-based Blue Shield of California; and senior vice president and chief human resources officer for human resources at Marriottsville, Md.-based Bon Secours Health System.

3. He earned a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations from West Virginia University in Morgantown.
