Becker's Hospital Review reported on the following hospital and health system executive moves in the last week. They are listed below, beginning with the most recent.

1. Broomfield, Colo.-based SCL Health selected Lydia Jumonville to serve as permanent president and CEO.

2. Dennis W. Pullin assumed the president and CEO roles at Marlton, N.J.-based Virtua health system, effective Oct. 12.

3. Shreveport, La.-based Willis-Knighton Health System COO Charles Daigle tendered his resignation.

4. Burlington-based University of Vermont Health Network appointed Stephens Mundy permanent president and CEO of Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone, N.Y.

5. Royal Oak, Mich.-based Beaumont Health selected David Claeys to serve as president of Beaumont Hospital, Dearborn (Mich.) on a permanent basis.   

6. Wuesthoff Medical Center — Rockledge (Fla.) tapped Sue Zinsmeister, MSN, RN, to serve as chief nursing officer.

7. Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado selected Scott M. Street to serve as CEO, effective Oct. 30.

8. McLeansboro, Ill.-based Hamilton Memorial Hospital District's board voted not to renew CEO Greg Sims' contract.

9. Hammond-Henry Hospital in Geneseo, Ill., appointed Mark Kuhn CEO, effective Oct. 23.

10. The New York/New Jersey VA Health Care Network in New York City selected Michael Rader, MD, to serve as CMO.

11. Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center in Midlothian, Va., tapped Michael J. Menen, MD, to serve as CMO.

12. Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, Ala., named Justin O. Bryant COO.

13. Wallowa Memorial Hospital in Enterprise, Ore., selected Daniel Jessup to serve as CFO.

14. Miami, Fla.-based Jackson Health System appointed Roy L. Hawkins Jr., senior vice president and CEO of Jackson North Medical Center in North Miami Beach, Fla.

15. Valparaiso, Ind.-based Porter Health Care System CEO Steve Lunn is resigning to take a new job opportunity, effective Nov. 10.

16. Charlotte, N.C.-based Carolinas HealthCare System tapped Maureen Swick, MSN, PhD, RN, to serve as system nurse executive.

17. Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare appointed Tara McCoy CEO of Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Fla.

18. Mahaska Health Partnership in Oskaloosa, Iowa, named Chris Jepsen, MSN, interim CEO.

19. Richmond, Va.-based HCA Capital Division selected Susan Shreeve to serve as CFO.

20. Bob Haley, president of UnityPoint Health-Pekin (Ill.), plans to retire, effective Jan. 1, 2018.

21. New Orleans-based LCMC Health named John Heaton, MD, CMO.

22. UC Health in Cincinnati selected Evaline A. Alessandrini, MD, to serve as CMO, effective Dec. 1.

23. San Francisco-based Dignity Health selected Mark Slyter to serve as president and CEO of the East Valley market, within Dignity Health Arizona.

24. Munroe Regional Medical Center in Ocala, Fla., appointed James F. O'Loughlin CEO, effective Oct. 9.

25. Victoria, Texas-based DeTar Healthcare System CEO William R. Blanchard will retire at the end of 2017.
