Mr. Hawkins previously served as COO of Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, Va. His previous roles include serving as interim CEO and COO of James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital in Tampa, Fla.
Mr. Hawkins holds a master of health administration degree from Florida International University in Miami.
