- CGH Medical Center in Sterling, Ill., launched Epic in November. The new EHR system connects its hospital and clinic operations under a single digital platform.
- Oceanside, N.Y.-based Mount Sinai South Nassau implemented a new Epic EHR system, integrating dozens of clinical and communication platforms into a single ecosystem.
- Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Health has launched Epic across its 33 hospitals and six-state footprint.
- Orlando (Fla.) Health is expanding its Epic EHR to seven recently acquired hospitals.
- Geneseo, Ill.-based Hammond-Henry Hospital and its family practice and walk-in clinics will transition to Epic as its EHR system on Sept. 21.
- Community Medical Center in Falls City, Neb., implemented Epic through a partnership with Bryan Health.
- Bowling Green, Ky.-based Med Center Health will implement Epic’s EHR system across its hospitals and clinics, with the rollout expected to be complete by the end of 2026.
- Minot, N.D.-based Trinity Health has begun an 18-month project to replace its current EHR system with Epic.
- Sha Edathumparampil, chief digital and information officer of Coral Gables-based Baptist Health South Florida, told Becker’s the organization plans to switch to an Epic EHR over the next two years.
- St. Augustine, Fla.-based UF Health St. Johns completed its implementation of Epic, aligning with the broader UF Health system.
- Madison Regional Hospital in South Dakota went live with an Epic EHR system during the first quarter of 2025.
- Glenwood Springs, Colo.-based Valley View, a 78-bed hospital, is transitioning to an Epic EHR system. The new EHR is slated to go live at the hospital in 2026.
- Talihina, Okla.-based Choctaw Nation Health Services Authority transitioned to an Epic EHR.
- Ithaca, N.Y.-based Cayuga Health and Elmira, N.Y.-based Arnot Health will begin switching to Epic EHR March 22.
- Richmond, Mo.-based Ray County Hospital and Healthcare went live with an Epic EHR after partnering with OCHIN, a nonprofit that connects rural hospitals with Epic.
- Vineland, N.J.-based Inspira Health will go live with an Epic EHR system in summer 2026.
- On Feb. 21 MyMichigan Medical Centers in Saginaw, Standish and Tawas moved to an Epic EHR system.
- Door County (Wis.) Medical Center transitioned from a Meditech EHR system to Epic in February.
