7 healthcare organizations go live with Epic

OCHIN Epic added five health centers and two rural hospitals to its network during the first quarter of 2025.

The expansion brings the EHR platform’s reach to more than 2,000 care delivery sites across 38 states, serving approximately 7.4 million people, according to an April 29 news release. 

Here are the five ambulatory organizations that went live on OCHIN Epic last quarter:

  • Stigler Health in Oklahoma
  • NATIVE Project in Washington
  • Unity Care NW in Washington
  • Minnesota Community Care in Minnesota
  • Bertie County Rural Health in North Carolina

Here are the two rural hospitals that also implemented the OCHIN Epic acute platform:

  • Madison Regional Hospital in South Dakota
  • Ray County Hospital and Healthcare in Missouri
