St. Augustine, Fla.-based UF Health St. Johns has completed its implementation of Epic, aligning with the broader UF Health system.
The 10-month rollout included UF Health Flagler Hospital and 20 outpatient practices in St. Johns and Flagler counties, consolidating patient information into a single digital platform, according to a May 22 news release.
As part of the transition, UF Health converted patient records and scheduling systems to the Epic platform, which is used across all entities in the health system.
Patients now have access to MyUFHealth, a online portal that enables them to view test results, manage appointments, access medication lists and participate in virtual visits. The portal also connects records across all UF Health locations, according to the news release.
