Becker's Hospital Review reported on the following hospital and health system executive moves in the last week. They are listed below, beginning with the most recent.

1. Bayfront Health-St. Petersburg (Fla.) named John McLain CEO, effective July 17.

2. Randall Nyp, CEO of Ontario, Calif.-based Prime Healthcare's Kansas City market, is retiring, effective July 7.

3. Houston-based UT MD Anderson Cancer Center's Provost Ethan Dmitrovsky, MD, and Physician in Chief Thomas A Buchholz, MD, will both return to faculty positions.

4. Jackson Hospital in Marianna, Fla., dropped the 'interim' from CEO C. James Platt's title, effective July 1.

5.  Boise, Idaho-based St. Luke's Health System selected Jim Souza, MD, as CMO.

6. The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, N.C., tapped Ann Marie Madden, DNP, RN, to serve as vice president for patient care services and CNO.

7. Medical City Fort Worth (Texas) hired Jyric Sims to lead as CEO, effective July 24.

8. Iowa City-based University of Iowa Health Care selected Doug True to serve as interim associate vice president and CFO, effective June 30.

9. Bowman, N.D.-based Southwest Healthcare Services CEO Becky Hansen resigned.

10. Tacoma, Wash.-based MultiCare Health System named Laureen Driscoll president of Spokane, Wash.-based Deaconess Hospital and selected Greg Repetti to continue as president of Valley Hospital in Spokane Valley, Wash.

11. Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Spectrum Health selected Gwen Sandefur as president of the Spectrum Health Hospital Group.

12. Hallock, Minn.-based Kittson Memorial Healthcare Center named Ashley Rivera CEO.

13. Houston-based CHI St. Luke's Health CEO Michael Covert submitted his resignation, effective Aug. 31.

14. Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton, Mass., selected Louis Jenis, MD, as its inaugural chief medical and innovation officer.

15. Marlton, N.J.-based Virtua health system named Dennis W. Pullin president and CEO.

16. Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger Health System named Karen Murphy, RN, PhD, executive vice president, chief innovation officer and founding director of the Steele Institute for Healthcare Innovation at Geisinger.

17. Gadsden, Ala.-based Riverview Regional Medical Center CEO David Fuller stepped down.

18. Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren, Ohio, selected Ron Bierman as its new president.

19. Palestine (Texas) Regional Medical Center appointed Roy Finch CEO, effective Aug. 2.

20. Columbia-based University of Missouri System tapped Jonathan Curtright to serve as permanent CEO for MU Health Care.

21. Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems, the parent company of Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Lutheran Health Network, fired LHN CMO Geoff Randolph, MD.

22. Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System selected Seth Frazier as chief strategy officer and Nina Ramsey as chief human resources officer.

23. Albuquerque-based University of New Mexico Medical Group, the faculty practice of the UNM School of Medicine and UNM Health System, selected Jill Klar to serve as its CEO permanently.

24. Parkersburg, W.Va.-based Camden Clark Medical Center President and CEO David McClure is leaving his role.

25. Franklin, Tenn.-based Iasis Healthcare has named Marty Bakos CFO of Mountain Vista Medical Center, a 178-bed hospital in Mesa, Ariz.

26. Mishawaka, Ind.-based Saint Joseph Health System named Kevin Higdon CFO.
