1. Mr. Rivera is currently CFO of the medical campus, which includes a hospital, medical clinic, nursing home, home health/public health care agency and assisted living center as well as a satellite clinic.
2. He will now serve as both CEO and CFO.
3. He succeeds Cindy Urbaniak, who will transition to the roles of nursing home administrator, clinic manager as well as Kittson County’s director of public health.
