Henry Ford Health System adds 3 new senior execs to leadership team

Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System selected a new chief strategy officer, chief human resources officer and general counsel.

The health system named Seth Frazier executive vice president and chief strategy officer, a newly created role. He will focus on lead overall strategic planning and direction for the system. Most recently, he was chief transformation officer at Evolent Health in Arlington, Va.

Michelle Johnson Tidjani was appointed Henry Ford Health System’s senior vice president and general counsel, also a newly created role. Ms. Tidjani will oversee Henry Ford’s legal team. She most recently served as deputy chief legal officer at the Cleveland Clinic.

Nina Ramsey is the health system’s new senior vice president and chief HR officer. She will be responsible for HR shared services, talent selection, learning and organization development, diversity and inclusion, among others. Ms. Ramsey comes from Kelly Services, an employment agency, where she served as senior vice president for global HR and chief HR officer.
