Here are 15 hospitals and health systems that have implemented new EHR systems or announced plans to do so since Jan. 6:

- Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare completed the first wave of its Meditech Expanse EHR implementation. The rollout brings the new system live at 32 hospitals within HCA’s network.
- Nashville, Tenn.-based Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Heritage Medical Associates will link their EHR systems beginning Nov. 1 .
- South Bend, Ind.-based Beacon Health System plans to implement a new EHR system at Ascension Southwest Michigan facilities following its acquisition of the organization in July.
- Scotland County Hospital in Memphis, Mo., implemented a new Meditech Expanse EHR system.
- Huntsville (Ala.) Hospital Health System is planning to deploy the Oracle Health Foundation EHR across all of its facilities.
- Ithaca, N.Y.-based Cayuga Health and Elmira, N.Y.-based Arnot Health joined together earlier this year to form Centralus Health, a partnership focused on transforming healthcare delivery and upgrading technology. The two organizations plan to launch Epic EHR across all locations on March 22.
- Utica, N.Y.-based Mohawk Valley Health System will integrate Oneida County, N.Y.-based Slocum-Dickson Medical Group into its Community Connect Epic platform.
- MyMichigan Medical Centers in Saginaw, Standish and Tawas went live with an Epic EHR system on Feb. 1.
- Logan Health – Cut Bank transitioned to Oracle Health EHR system on Feb. 1 as part of a system-wide upgrade by Kalispell, Mont.-based Billings Clinic—Logan Health.
- Lexington, Ky.-based UK HealthCare plans to go live with an Epic EHR system in 2026.
- Gunnison (Colo.) Valley Health will upgrade to an Epic EHR system in May.
- Starkville, Miss.-based OCH Regional Medical Center is launching its new Cerner EHR system on Jan. 27.
- Door County (Wis.) Medical Center is transitioning from its current Meditech EHR system to Epic.
- Labette Health, based in Parsons, Kan., is launching a unified EHR system with Meditech Expanse.
- Uvalde (Texas) Memorial Hospital completed its transition to the latest version of its Meditech EHR system. The hospital upgraded from Meditech 6.08 to Meditech Expanse.
