Uvalde (Texas) Memorial Hospital has transitioned to the latest version of its Meditech EHR system, Meditech Expanse, Uvalde Leader-News reported Jan. 5.

The upgrade from Meditech 6.08 to Meditech Expanse is designed to enhance clinical decision-making by providing clinicians with a comprehensive view of patients’ health histories. According to the news outlet, this capability ensures seamless access to records, regardless of when or where care was provided within the Uvalde Memorial Hospital network.
