Broward Health CEO Frank Nask to retire in 2015

Frank Nask, president and CEO of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health, will retire March 31, 2015, upon completion of his contract.

Mr. Nask joined Broward, one of the largest public health systems in the country, in 2006 as CFO. He took on the president and CEO role in 2008.

Broward’s board is conducting a search for Mr. Nask’s successor and plans to name the individual prior to his departure. Mr. Nask has been asked to serve as a consultant to the board after he retires to aid the transition.
