Here are four things to know about Mr. LaCaze.
1. He was hired as CFO of RCH last month.
2. Previously, Mr. LaCaze served as CFO of Tulane Health System in New Orleans.
3. Throughout his career, he has helped hospitals develop a cancer center, a neuroscience institute that treats strokes and other types of specialty care, according to the report.
4. Mr. LaCaze comes to RCH as the hospital is in the process of a more than $400 million expansion and renovation project that will add a seven-story patient tower, new lab and operating room space and medical offices, according to the report. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2017.
