Dr. Sheets has worked at Peninsula Regional since 2008. She holds a doctorate in nursing practice from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. In her new role, she will oversee several divisions, including performance improvement, risk management and infection prevention.
Mr. Phillips joined the organization nine years ago. He holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University in University Park. He is also an adjunct faculty member at the Salisbury University Perdue School of Business. As vice president of supply chain and support services, Mr. Phillips will be responsible for the divisions of purchasing/contracting, supply chain, materials management and biomedical engineering, among others.
