1. DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital in Commerce Township, Mich., named Conrad Mallett, Jr., interim CEO.

2. Davis Regional Medical Center in Statesville, N.C., named Matthew Banks permanent CEO.

3. New York City-based NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi named:
