St. Vincent Indianapolis named Hossain Marandi, MD, president of Peyton Manning Children's Hospital in Indianapolis, according to an Inside Indiana Business report.
Here are three things to know:
1. Dr. Marandi previously served as vice president of physician services at Tampa, Fla.-based St. Joseph's Women's Hospital and St. Joseph's Children's Hospital as well as Riverview, Fla.-based St. Joseph's Hospital-South.
2. He has served in leadership roles with HealthPoint Medical Group in Tampa.
3. He earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga and his medical degree from the University of Tennessee-Memphis College of Medicine.
