Here are five notes:
1. Christopher Mastromano will serve as the hospital’s acting CEO. Most recently, he was COO of the hospital.
2. Mr. Mastromano succeeds William Foley, who left to serve as senior vice president of hospitals, a system-wide role at New York City-based NYC Health + Hospitals.
3. Michael Zinaman, MD, was named acting CMO. He is the chair of the department of obstetrics and gynecology and women’s health at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and NYC Health + Hospitals/North Central Bronx in New York City.
4. Ellen Barlis, associate executive director of NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi, assumed senior finance responsibilities, following the departure of CFO Kathy Garramone.
5. Ms. Barlis previously served in the New York City Office of Management and Budget.
