Becker's Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system chief nursing officer and CMO moves in the last four weeks.

They are listed below, alphabetized by executive.

1. Dignity Health-St. Mary Medical Center selected Charles K. Anderson, MD, to serve as CMO, effective immediately.

2. Hudson, N.Y.-based Columbia Memorial Health tapped Clifford Belden, MD, to serve as CMO.

3. UVM Health Network's Porter Medical Center in Middlebury, Vt., promoted Anna Benvenuto, MD, to the CMO role.

4. HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, Ill., named Vinay Bhooma, MD, CMO, effective April 29.

5. Hackensack Meridian Health in Edison, N.J., selected Theresa M. Brodrick, PhD, RN, to serve as executive vice president and network chief nurse executive, effective April 1.

6. Coastal Carolina Hospital in Hardeeville, S.C., tapped Christina Brzezinski to serve as CNO.

7. Newport News, Va.-based Riverside Health System has named David I. Cohen, MD, vice president and CMO for Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News.

8. Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, S.C., appointed Dana L. Dalton, DNP, CNO, effective May 20.

9. St. Louis-based SSM Health has selected Lisa DiMarco, RN, to serve as CNO of its Southern Illinois region.

10. Orlando (Fla.) Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital hired Kelly Edmondson, RN, to serve as assistant vice president and CNO, effective May 13.

11. Newport (R.I.) Hospital has appointed Jeffrey Gaines, MD, vice president of medical affairs and CMO, effective July 1.

12. Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, Va., named Stephanie Jackson, DNP, chief nurse executive, effective June 24.

13. Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan, Ohio, named Beth Kluding CNO, effective in April.

14. Orange City, Fla.-based AdventHealth Fish Memorial hospital tapped Stephen Knych, MD, to serve as CMO, effective May 6.

15. Morgantown, W.Va.-based WVU Medicine tapped Henry M. Kurban, MD, to serve as vice president and CMO of WVU Medicine East.

16. Freehold, N.J.-based CentraState Healthcare System tapped James Matera, DO, to serve as senior vice president and CMO.

17. Karen Profitt Newman, EdD, RN, vice president and chief nursing officer of Baptist Health Louisville (Ky.), is retiring, effective June 30 after 20 years of service at the hospital.

18. UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Mass., tapped Justin Precourt to serve as CNO.

19. St. John's Medical Center in Jackson, Wyo., named Marsha K. Sensat CNO, effective April 1.

20. Decatur County Memorial Hospital in Greensburg, Ind., appointed Cathy Wichman, RN, CNO.

21. Southern Virginia Regional Medical Center in Emporia, Va., named Susan Williams CNO.
