1. Mr. Cavanaugh has served as president of ProMedica’s HCR ManorCare division.
2. Mr. Cavanaugh served in several leadership roles at HCR ManorCare, a post-acute and long-term care provider, before ProMedica acquired it in July 2018.
3. Over the years, he served as president, COO, CFO and CEO of HCR ManorCare.
4. He succeeds Mike Browning.
5. Additionally, David Parker, current COO of ProMedica’s HCR ManorCare division, will become its president.
