2. Kennewick, Wash.-based Trios Health, part of the Kennewick Public Hospital District, selected Craig R. Cudworth to serve as interim CEO.

3. Great Falls (Mont.) Clinic, which includes Great Falls Clinic Hospital and the Great Falls Clinic Surgery Center, named Forrest Whichard, III CFO and COO.

4. New Brunswick, N.J.-based Saint Peter’s Healthcare CEO Ronald Rak is leaving his post.

5. East Cooper Medical Center in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., appointed Patrick Downes CEO.

6. Gastonia, N.C.-based CaroMont Health President and CEO Doug Luckett resigned unexpectedly.

8. Saint Vincent Hospital in Erie, Pa., announced its CEO Scott Whalen is retiring.
