Here are four things to know:
1. Prior to joining Inova, Mr. Walters served as president and CEO of Alexandria (Va.) Health Services Corp. and as administrator of Alexandria Hospital.
2. After Alexandria merged with Inova, Mr. Walter was named regional vice president of both Inova Alexandria and Inova Mount Vernon Hospital, also in Alexandria.
3. Deborah Addo, senior vice president at Inova and CEO of Inova Mount Vernon Hospital, will take over as CEO of Inova Loudoun.
4. Ms. Addo came to Inova in June 2014, after serving as senior vice president and COO of Meritus Health in Hagerstown, Md.
