1. Dr. Brideau succeeds Deborah Addo, who is leaving to serve as CEO of Leesburg, Va.-based Inova Loudoun Hospital.
2. Dr. Brideau will continue in his current role as CMO of Inova Mount Vernon in addition to serving as interim CEO.
3. He has been a part of the Inova Mount Vernon senior leadership team since 2009.
