Here are four things to know about Ms. Waldon.
1. In her new role, she will be responsible for Terra Nova’s health information management service line, operations and directing quality and efficiency for the company’s customer experience, according to a news release.
2. Prior to joining Terra Nova, she was information, technology and service implementation manager – revenue cycle for Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health.
3. While in her role at LifePoint, Ms. Waldon managed and supported projects such as the implementation of ICD-10, transcription/dictation shared service implementations, and the implementation of an enterprise-wide document management system for more than 50 LifePoint hospitals, according to the release.
4. Ms. Waldon has also held positions at Bolivar Medical Center in Cleveland, Miss., and Levi Hospital in Hot Springs, Ark., as the director of health information management and HIPAA privacy officer.
