1. LaGrangeville, N.Y.-based Health Quest hired Kerry Eaton as COO.

2. Greenfield, Mass.-based Baystate Franklin Medical Center President Cindy Russo is resigning, effective Jan. 12.

3. Lowell, Mass.-based Circle Health tapped Arthur Lauretano, MD, to serve as CMO, effective Jan. 1, 2018.

4. Pomeroy, Wash.-based Garfield County Public Hospital District selected Michael Rooney, MD, to serve as interim CEO and superintendent.

5. St. Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy, Calif., and O'Connor Hospital in San Jose, Calif., appointed Arthur Douville, MD, CMO.

6. Merit Health Rankin in Brandon, Miss., selected Cynthia Ellis, BSN, to serve as chief nursing officer.

7. Hartford, Conn.-based Trinity Health Of New England appointed Chad Wable senior vice president and COO, effective Jan. 1, 2018.
