Daniel Dunmyer is Ohio Valley Medical Center’s new CEO: 5 notes

Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling, W. Va., appointed Daniel C. Dunmyer CEO, effective Dec. 18, according to a report by The Intelligencer.

1. Most recently, Mr. Dunmyer served as CEO of Vibra Hospital in Charleston, S.C.

2. He has also held leadership positions at Cornerstone Hospital in Huntington, W. Va., and Wetzel County Hospital in New Martinsville, W. Va.

3. He is equipped with more than 30 years of healthcare executive experience.

4. He is a past chairman of the West Virginia Hospital Association.

5. Mr. Dunmyer earned his master of healthcare administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
