1. Hopewell, Va.-based John Randolph Medical Center CEO Suzanne Jackson is leaving her post.

2. Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based Adventist Health System named David Ottati to the newly created role of president and CEO of the Central Florida Division-North Region.

3. Fairmont (W. Va.) Regional Medical Center CEO and CNO Margaret Coster, MSN, RN, is retiring, effective April 30.

4. Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Avera McKennan Hospital & University Health Center Regional President and CEO Dave Kapaska, DO, is retiring, effective June 30.

5. Long Beach, Calif.-based St. Mary Medical Center, part of San Francisco-based Dignity Health, hired Carolyn Caldwell to serve as president and CEO.

6. Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Ark., named J. Larry Shackelford CEO, effective Sept. 1.

7. HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital in Shelbyville, Ill., appointed Aaron Puchbauer president and CEO, effective May 15.

8. Poinciana (Fla.) Medical Center appointed Christopher Cosby CEO, effective May 15.

9. Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Health Interim President and CEO Kevin Fusco is retiring, once again leaving the troubled health system without a leader.

10. Abilene, Kan.-based Memorial Health System appointed Stan Regehr interim CEO.

11. Silver City, N.M.-based Gila Regional Medical Center selected Taffy Arias as CEO.

12. Appleton, Wis.-based ThedaCare appointed Imran Andrabi, MD, president and CEO, effective June 19.
