1. Thomas Tulisiak, MD, president of Cleveland Clinic Medina (Ohio) Hospital, will leave his post to return to practicing medicine full-time within the Cleveland Clinic Medicine Institute.

2. Wilmington, Del.-based Saint Francis Healthcare President and CEO Brian E. Dietz stepped down.

3. Dayton, Ohio-based Miami Valley Hospital President Mark Shaker is departing to pursue new opportunities.

4. Waco, Texas-based Providence Healthcare Network President and CEO Brett Esrock is leaving for a new job, effective May 2.

5. Galax, Va.-based Twin County Regional Hospital announced its CEO Jon Applebaum is departing for a new role at Novant Thomasville (N.C.) Medical Center.

6. Texas Medical Center in Houston is losing its CEO Robert C. Robbins, MD, to the University of Arizona in Tucson.

7. Webster, Texas-based Bay Area Regional Medical Center CEO Tim Schmidt is leaving his post to focus on his health.

8. Gastonia, N.C.-based CaroMont Health eliminated its chief legal officer role, forcing Maria Long, currently in the position, to depart.
